Content element:- The Jewish council arrested all the apostles and imprisoned them. The angel of the lord released the apostles and they went into the Temple to preach. The apostles were rearrested and trial before the Sanhedrin. Gamaliel, a Pharisee and a member of the Sanhedrin warned the council to be careful in how they treat the apostles especially if their preaching was of God.

Content element:- Peter and John explained to the Jewish council that the lame man at the Beautiful gate was healed in the name of the resurrected Christ. For preaching the resurrection of Jesus, they were arrested. The Sanhedrin sent them out, acknowledged the miracle but warned them not to preach in the name of Jesus.

Content element:- The Jewish council arrested all the apostles and imprisoned them. The angel of the lord released the apostles and they went into the Temple to preach. The apostles were rearrested and trial before the Sanhedrin. Gamaliel, a Pharisee and a member of the Sanhedrin warned the council to be careful in how they treat the apostles especially if their preaching was of God.

Content element:- Stephen was arrested on false charges that he spoke against Moses the law and God, that Jesus would charge the law of Moses and destry the temple. Stephen defend himself by saying there was no need for a temple because God had the tent of witness. They could not obey the law, but killed Jesus who was only one who could obeyed the law. Stephen was dragged out of the city and stoned to death.

Content element:- Herod killed James, arrested peter with the aim of killing him after the Passover in order to please the Jews. An angel of god rescued Peter from the prison the night before his execution. He went to the house of Mary where the brethren had been praying for his release. He rod was smote to death by angel and worms ate him up for claiming equality with God.
Saul and Tarsus also persecuted the Christian. He obtained a letter of comment from the high priest to arrest the Christian in Damascus.
